PERP Job Rules

​

Citizen

1. Do not ask somebody for money without the intent of paying it back

2. No scamming Ex: Running an event for a lottery where the winner has already been determined or scamming people out of their cash.

3. Remember to obey all the traffic laws, not doing so excessively may lead to a ban.

4. Do not Jaywalk/cross the street not at crosswalks. Doing so may lead to getting run over.

5. Do not drive into another character with the intent of killing them.

6. Maintain full control of your vehicle at all times, you can be punished by the law for all violations.

7. Raids must be conducted in a group unless there is 15 people or less on the server, the raider must also have a base.

8. Do not commit crimes in front of NPCs.

9. You can grow in unowned property but can't build on it..

10. Do not continuously knock on doors.

11. Do not sell your property during the raid.

12. Do not grow on government property or build.

13. All vehicles must yield to Government vehicles!

14. Do not sell products in front of public areas without permission from the mayor.

15. Make sure to sell products only with a truck you own nearby or at a store you own.

 

Government Officials

Corruptness is zero tolerance in all government jobs

​

Mayor

1. Do not unnecessarily raise taxes extremely high for no (or a fail) reason, this is FailRP.

2. Do not unnecessarily lower pay rates extremely low for no reason (or a fail) reason, FailRP.

3. Keep all government officials under your jurisdiction in line and functioning properly.

4. Government officials are not required to Mirandize suspects they arrest, this choice is optional.

5. Do not fail demote as a mayor.

6. Skins as a Government Official are not permitted to be wore when on duty.

 

Secret Service

1. Be appointed by the Mayor. Do not randomly assign yourself to this job. Ask Mayor before joining.

2. The Mayor may dismiss you at any time, you are on his payroll.

3. Be the liaison between the Mayor and government officials, when necessary.

4. Protect the Mayor with your life.

5. Skins as a Government Official are not permitted to be wore when on duty.

 

Police Chief

Chief Requirements: Platinum VIP and 35 hours as a Police Officer

1. Do not fail warrant/spike players. This includes fail batoning, shooting, etc. Use /me for all actions bats, tazer and other weapons with no automatic /me. and other actions

2. Do not abuse your position to treat police officers like crap, act like a leader, not a boss.

3. Make sure the police officers maintain order, professionalism and serious rp at all times.

4. Road Spikes and battering rams are in your trunk, not your ass. RP as such.

5. Government officials are not required to Mirandize suspects they arrest, this choice is optional.

6. Chief is the commanding officer of the entire Police force; all players must abide chain-of-command. Unless the chief orders you to break a rule, you are to do what the chief tells you to do regardless of your personal opinion.

7. Skins as a Government Official are not permitted to be wore when on duty.

SWAT

1. You are the militarized branch of the police force, provide backup as necessary to preserve the life of civilians and your fellow officers.

2. Do not fail drive in the SWAT van.

3. Follow all laws and rules you enforce.

4. The Chief or Mayor are the only ones that can tell you to respond to high priority calls.

5. You can only patrol in the city, Not anywhere else unless told so by the police chief.

6. Skins as a Government Official are not permitted to be wore when on duty.

Police Officer

Police Ranks: (Sergeant - 19+ hours) | (Lieutenant - 25+ hours) | (Captain - 30+ hours) | (Chief - 35+ hours) 

1. Do not fail spike/baton/cuff/etc players. Use /me for all actions except your tazer and baton.

2. Maintain order in the city, enforce traffic laws. You are a police officer, act like one.

3. Road Spikes and battering rams are in your trunk, not your ass. RP as such.

4. Follow all rules and laws that you enforce.

5. Follow all traffic laws when not responding to emergency (using light's unnecessarily).

6. Well performing a traffic stop, you must /y to pull someone over. Example: /y PULL OVER THIS IS THE ECPD.

7. Do not warrant someone as a Police Officer because you saw a shadow from their weed, or heard them talking about it through a wall.

8. If you are a cop, you may return after 5+ minutes if you get a call back via. radio. Do not go back right away.

9. Do not fail spike, only use road spikes if another cop coordinates it with you. Be sure to RP it.

10. Even if commanded to, government officials cannot open fire on civilians that are unarmed and pose no threat. (i.e. Civilians trespassing on gov’t property must be arrested, not shot)

11. Skins as a Government Official are not permitted to be wore when on duty.

 

Dispatcher

1. Stay in jail cells (protect them) while waiting for calls.

2. Keep jail cells organized.

3. Keep the government officials organized and direct all emergency traffic.

4. You are not a sex hotline/etc, !report ALL fail calls.

FBI

1. Your job is to investigate crimes and act accordingly.

2. You may perform traffic stops, but do not go out on the sole purpose of pulling over traffic offenders, have a case to study at all times, stakeouts, etc.

3. FBI is not under police jurisdiction. This job is still new, use common sense for your boundaries and limitations. Take “advice” from the Mayor and Chief, this is their city.

4. Only Detectives and FBI members can change their skin to go "undercover".

Detective

1. Your job is to investigate crimes and act accordingly.

2. You may perform traffic stops, but do not go out on the sole purpose of pulling over traffic offenders, have a case to study at all times, stakeouts, etc.

3. You do take orders from the Chief and Mayor.

Fire Chief

Fire Chief Requirements - 30 hours as Firefighter

1. Keep the fire department and it’s members organized and working together.

2. Do not fail axe players doors down and /me all actions with the axe/fire hose.

3. Do not fail drive in the fire truck.

Fire Fighter

Fire Ranks: (Firefighter - 19+ hours) | (Fire Lieutenant- 22+ hours) | (Fire Captain - 27+ hours) | (Chief - 30+ hours) 

1. Do not fail axe players doors down and /me all actions with the axe/fire hose.

2. Do not fail drive in the fire truck.

3. Fire Chief will decide who drives a truck and who partners up, unless there is no Fire Chief.

Medic

Medic Ranks: (EMT-Intermediate - 19+ hours) | (Paramedic - 22+ hours) | (Paramedic-Advanced - 27+ hours) | (Medical Chief - 30+ hours) 

1. Your job is to provide life saving and preventative aid when necessary to the people of EvoCity and it’s visitors.

2. Indulge yourself in the RP environment. Utilize the hospital/ambulance for extreme circumstances.

3. You can not patrol as a medic, Use your ambulance accordingly.

4. Do not raid or be involved in a raid as a medic.

Road Crew

1. Tow Truck Driver job is now working and must be towed with permission from Police/Dispatch or Vehicles Owner ONLY! Must Be asked in chat by police or owner for logging purposes. ALL TOWED Vehicles must be roleplayed and not respawned or risk getting banned.

2. Maximum charge for repairs is $3,000/$1,500 per repair (tow, repair).
