PERP Job Descriptions

Jobs in PERP are like DarkRP jobs; but you need to work to obtain access to those jobs. By working, I mean having enough hours on the server and unlocking the jobs. When you are online, your playtime is counted, and shown at the bottom of your screen in the middle of your HUD. You will receive more money working as a job. To get a job, you need to go up to an NPC. Press E on them to have a conversation, they will tell you if they have a job opening for you or not. You may not get a job if you don't meet the requirements, or the job is full. The NPC will tell you the requirements to become that job.

Mayor

The mayor is the mayor of Evocity. They receive no special weapons or tools, but has full authority over all RP senses. This includes the Fire Department, Medical Department, and Police Department. All government officials are to follow the orders given by the Mayor. With the F3 Menu, the mayor has the power to change taxes, salary for the government, the power to warrant and demote, and set the limit for cars and jobs. To become a candidate for an upcoming Mayor election, visit the front desk at Nexus, and talk to the NPC. To get the election to start, five players must be running. Depending on who the citizens vote for, that person wins. The Mayor gets no vehicle, and needs SS to drive.

Secret Service

Secret Service is the elite force of guards, trained to serve and protect the mayor. Secret Service Agents should be with the mayor at all times, unless the situation is dire and the Mayor has ordered them to leave. Secret Service have the ability to spawn in a limo for the mayor, which spawns in the police garage. You can turn on ELS lights based on your controls. They spawn with a service pistol, a taser, and an UZI.

FBI stands for Federal Bureau of Investigation. They represent the presence of the Federal Government. They have higher authority than the chief. They have the ability to spawn an undercover Tahoe, which has lights and sirens. FBI can perform stops and hand out tickets; as long as it relates to the case they are dealing with. In dire situations, FBI has control over the police force, but don't exactly have a rank. They come with the weapons on a police officer, minus some equipment and tools. To become an FBI, first become a police officer by talking to the NPC at the back of nexus. Then, go down the ramp, before the shooting range entrance, there is an NPC that you can talk to become an FBI agent. FBI agents can wear hats and skins.
